Allegany-Cattaraugus:

• Allegany and Cattaraugus

Broome-Tioga:

• Broome and Tioga

Capital Area:

• Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Fulton, Greene, Columbia, and part of Hamilton

Cayuga-Onondaga:

• Cayuga and Onondaga

Erie:

• Erie

Finger Lakes:

• Ontario, Yates, Seneca and Schyler

Fransego:

• Chenango, Otsego, Delaware and Schoharie

Southern New York:

• Rockland and Westchester

Madison:

• Madison

Mid-Hudson Union:

• Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, and Bronx( maybe it's in Southern NY)

Mohawk-Oneida:

• Herkimer and Oneida

Niagara:

• Niagara and Orleans

North Country:
