Arrangements … Spring 2022

The search for locations is always on. We checked with  four locations for the board meeting ’22 and convention ’23.  One could not meet our needs, two were already booked and thankfully we have proposals from the Troy Hilton Garden Inn.

As time goes on, our needs seem to change for our meetings. Now that we are a smaller group – more hotels are feasible to host us. Moving forward I’m asking that the convention committee review our needs and create a new list of requirements. This might allow for less stress and confusion for all.

ANYONE can suggest a location.  Please take into consideration that we need to keep price, location, break-out rooms and meals as important factors.
