Radical, Redeemed, Ready Conference will be Rescheduled

The Radical, Redeemed, Ready Conference that so many of us had looked forward to in June 2020 will be rescheduled due to the current events in our country. Many of us are looking forward to when travel will be safer, getting together with family and friends again, and finding out the dates of our rescheduled conferences.

Below is the letter to all who were interested, or might have signed up, for this conference on June 16-19, 2020 at Green Lake, WI.

Dear Friends:

We continue to keep each of you in our prayers and we are deeply grateful for your enthusiasm and commitment to the “Celebrating Ministering Women: Radical. Redeemed. Ready.” conference. We, too, sustained our excitement about the gathering and the many ways that it would deepen our fellowship, broaden our friendships and affirm the contributions of women that serve in our denomination. In light of COVID-19, we have decided to reschedule this gathering for a future time when we trust travel will be easier and safer.

We appreciate the countless hours and participation of the Conference Planning Team as well as the American Baptist Women in Ministry Advisory Team and the Board of American Baptist Women’s Ministries. We have been blessed by the creativity and commitment of the workshop and Bible study leaders, plenary speakers, the staff of American Baptist Home Mission Societies, International Ministries, as well the staff of ABWM and ABWIM. Our labor has not been in vain! As your Leadership Team, we will be the custodian of our collective enthusiasm and good work until we gather in the future. We will provide updated information as soon as possible.

Regarding refunds please note that online/credit card transactions will be refunded in 10-14 days. Registrants that sent in a check will receive a refund check in the mail. If you would like to donate towards the future conference, you may do so by clicking here.
