Special Project … Fall 2018

Our 2017-2018 Special Project was successfully completed in April, having raised $9,249.90 of the $10,000 goal and we have received acknowledgment they have received it.

Our 2018-2019 Special Project for refrigerators and hot water tanks for the Murrow Indian Children’s Home in Muskogee, OK seems to be enthusiastically received and we are optimistic we can reach our goal.

In searching for our a project for 2019-2020 I contacted International Ministries for a project and they were very prompt in sending us a list.

After reviewing the list, we felt that, since our mission focus for 2018-2019 is Domestic Violence it would be very appropriate to choose a project that would address this problem. We are presently exploring the possibilities and will contact the members of the ABWM Board for approval when we select one.

If you know of a Baptist related mission working with domestic violence that you would like to suggest the committee consider for our next special project please contact the committee members.
